Hey Newbies welcome to KYA!  If itโ€™s your first time at KYA, Please call, text or email  to schedule your first class. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class. From there youโ€™ll meet Deanna (owner/trainer) for a studio tour and quick overview of what to expect from the workout.

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ ๐Ÿ‘Ÿ NOT SURE WHAT TO WEAR?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement... think squats, lunges, burpees, etc.  Donโ€™t forget about the feet, so sneakers with support for jumping, lunges and other quick movements will help get you through a kick-ass workout!

๐Ÿ’ฆ ๐Ÿ’ฆ ARE YOU READY TO GET SWEATY?

We supply the towels but you can bring your own if preferred. Make sure you bring plenty of water so you stay hydrated during the workout. If you forget your water or run out, feel free to buy water any time! $1 cash, Venmo or Apple Pay.
