Deanna has a great understanding of the safest and smartest workouts and has always encouraged me to still attend classes regularly with modified and personalized workouts with the focus on keeping all my other muscles strong in order to support the injury. She also guides us with healthy dieting tips and strategies. The atmosphere is professional but also super friendly! Workout pads are appropriately spaced so that none of us need to share equipment. Everything is also sterilized at the end of the workout. I have never been comfortable with the Planet Fitness-style gym. KYA is definitely the perfect place for me!”
